Where we are from...

Clint Hughey - born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee where working in the kitchen was a way of life. Clint began managing a pizza restaurant at the age of 16. Since then he has moved around the country learning new cuisines and techniques that he continues to expound on. A lifelong cooking background and distant travels have left our Head Chef with a unique palate open to new and fresh ideas.

Andy Hawley - being raised in Knoxville, Tennessee and the shadow of The Great Smoky Mountains provided two decades worth of Barbecuing education. This experience has been a key to mobilizing our service and being able to cook on-site in any situation. That experience and Marketing degree, make Andy a key member of the Blackboard team.
